Dr. Marshall Bahr is a distinguished veteran, physician, and leader with a career spanning military service, clinical innovation, and entrepreneurial achievements. As a U.S. Army Special Operations Combat Medic with the 75th Ranger Regiment, he completed over 500 missions, earning honors such as the Combat Medical Badge and Ranger Tab. Dr. Bahr co-founded Xterra Health to assist veterans with VA disability claims and founded Lead The Way Recovery, a pioneering addiction treatment center focused on accessibility and reducing stigma. As Regional Director for BayMark Health Services, he implemented initiatives that led to a 2022 National Clinic of the Year Award. With a Doctor of Medicine and advanced studies in healthcare and business, Dr. Bahr, a 2024 Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame inductee, is transforming healthcare access for underserved populations.
