This Is The Assignment For My Psych 101this Is What The Teacher Want This is the assignment for my psych 101..this is what the teacher wants please follow his instructions very well. and write what u learned from the videos. Thank you! please i need an A.. Dear Students, Here is your alternative assignment: TED Talks provide a platform for some of the most innovative minds on the planet to discuss their areas of expertise in ways that are easy to understand. There are a number of talks related to psychology and you are to watch three of them from the link below and write a paragraph about each talk. In your paragraph, please don’t summarize the video. I have seen them all and I know what they are about. Instead, please tell me what you learned from them and/or ways you think they are related to ideas and concepts we’re discussing in class. The due date for the assignment is November 20th in class, however, you may submit it earlier if you wish. I very much hope you enjoy the talks. I find them enlightening and inspiring and I hope you do, too. Have fun!

Paper For Above instruction For this assignment, I selected three TED Talks related to psychology to deepen my understanding of human behavior and mental processes, linking them directly to concepts discussed in class. The first talk, "The Art of Stillness" by Pico Iyer, emphasized the importance of quiet reflection and mindfulness in an increasingly fast-paced world. From this, I learned that incorporating intentional pauses and mindfulness practices can significantly enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation, aligning with our class discussions on the importance of mindfulness in reducing stress and improving mental health (Kabat-Zinn, 1994). This talk reinforced how psychological well-being benefits from deliberate efforts to slow down and reflect, supporting cognitive-behavioral strategies we studied that help manage anxious thoughts and promote mental clarity. The second talk, "The Power of Vulnerability" by Brené Brown, highlighted the crucial role of vulnerability in fostering authentic human connections. I learned that embracing vulnerability not only facilitates empathy and trust, but also contributes to resilience and emotional growth. This resonates with our class discussions on attachment theory and emotional intelligence, illustrating how openness and vulnerability can bolster social bonds and mental health (Goleman, 1996). Brown's insights underscored the therapeutic potential of vulnerability, which is often underestimated in a culture that emphasizes self-reliance and perfectionism, aligning with psychological approaches that encourage emotional honesty as a pathway to healing and personal development.
