Paper For Above instruction Assignment 1: List three processes in your organization that are considered “best practices” and describe how they meet the critical questions from Chapter 15 in the text. If your organization does not have a best practice, use the knowledge gained from the case studies and article reviews in class to describe your idea of a best practice. Assignment 2: Compare how knowledge transfer for project management happens in your organization with the model shown in figure 15-4 of the text. Identify areas where your organization can improve to ensure knowledge transfer becomes a critical success factor in the future. Also, highlight where your organization is excelling in this area. Assignment 3: Research Paper. This final paper should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of recent developments in project management and their relation to the Project Management Maturity Model. The paper should be 10–15 pages long (excluding title and references), integrating classroom reading, multimedia, and discussion board insights. It must include at least four credible sources, with a minimum of two from the Ashford Online Library, and should incorporate examples from your professional experience, including at least one project where you served as team member or project manager. The paper should cover the following topics: the definition of the Project Management Maturity Model and how organizations can boost productivity through it; the importance of aligning project management with organizational strategy to achieve objectives; project communication methods, stakeholder identification, and their significance; the role of project quality measures like earned value analysis, with examples of successful and troubled projects; and a conclusion discussing how reaching project management maturity enhances success probability. The final document must include a title page, an introductory paragraph with a clear thesis statement, a main body addressing each topic with critical analysis, and a concluding paragraph reaffirming the thesis.
