This discussion task is designed to help you analyze some research studies This discussion task is designed to help you analyze research studies related to your chosen topic for Written Assignment #3. To complete this task, find three scholarly articles through UMUC's OneSearch database that report on research studies. These articles should present the findings of research investigations, which are often formatted as scholarly reports. For instance, if your topic is teleworking, locate three studies focused on teleworking; if your topic is white-collar crime, find three studies related to that subject. Once you have selected your three articles, read each one thoroughly and complete the following for each article: List the source in APA format Identify key terms used in the article Describe the focus of the study Outline the methodology employed by the author(s) Summarize the study's main findings Provide your personal reflections on the article, including whether you found it difficult to interpret, if the methodology was clear to you, or other points of interest This exercise will help you develop skills in locating research studies, understanding their content, extracting main ideas, and summarizing findings. Such skills will be valuable as you conduct research for WA#3.
