This is your opportunity to ask and respond with a "So What?" Why do you think what you learned in this class was important? What will you take to your next classes? What concepts did you learn that you can take beyond your classes to help you in your work, home, or community? Regarding the biblical perspectives that were incorporated, how does that influence how you use your writing to communicate? Remember, in this class, you didn't just learn how to write - you learned how to communicate various ideas and through various methods. Your paper needs to be 1-3 pages long, and formatted according to APA standards. You must also incorporate at least one outside, credible source in your reflection paper.

Throughout the course, I have learned more than just the mechanics of writing; I have gained insights into how to effectively convey ideas, tailor messages to diverse audiences, and utilize various methods of communication, including written, visual, and oral formats. These skills are invaluable as they extend into my personal, academic, and professional life, fostering clarity, persuasion, and understanding in multiple settings. One of the most impactful lessons from this course has been understanding the importance of purpose and audience in crafting messages. Recognizing that effective writing must be driven by purpose and tailored to the audience’s needs and expectations aligns with real-world scenarios where communication can influence perceptions, decisions, and actions. For instance, in my future academic work, I will be better equipped to produce research papers, reports, and presentations that are clear, persuasive, and purpose-driven.
