Your objective is to analyze the organization’s environment, managerial policies and practices, and make recommendations for potential improvement. Areas to cover in the analysis include planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. You are to research what published authors have to say regarding topics under these four areas of management. As you do your research, you will be thinking in terms of “How does the organization you are analyzing incorporate these concepts?” In your analysis, use the biblical principle you described in your summary paper and evaluate how well this principle is utilized in the organization you are evaluating. Your research paper should be 9-10 pages (not including cover page and reference pages), written in APA format (double-spaced, Times Roman 12 font, cover and reference pages, in-text citations etc.).
