These domains are as follows: Executing, someone who has the ability to take charge and make things happen; Influencing, those individuals who help to influence others to take charge; Relationship building, those individuals who have the ability to maintain the group structure and help to mold and create a team environment; and Strategic thinking, coming from individuals who consume any and all information to help the group make informed and solid decisions. This topic has become a "hot topic" in my last two career positions and my current role. I foresee the continual use of EBITDA in my career, as it remains a standard ratio used to provide insights into a company's financial health and operational performance.
