The organizational chart (see Figure 1) depicts a hierarchical structure with clearly defined roles. The top tier comprises the CEO, who oversees major departments including Operations, Research and Development (R&D), Marketing, Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Customer Service. Each department has a department head reporting directly to the CEO.

The organizational chart illustrates the division of responsibilities: the Operations Manager oversees production and supply chain logistics; the R&D Director manages product innovation and technological development; the Marketing Manager directs outreach and branding strategies; the HR Manager handles recruitment, training, and employee relations; the Finance Manager manages budgeting and financial planning; and Customer Service Supervisors ensure client support and feedback mechanisms.

The control function in EcoTech involves monitoring operations through various types of controls:

Feedforward Controls:

Proactive measures such as supplier quality audits prevent issues before production begins.

Feedback Controls:
