In today’s rapidly changing business landscape, organizations face numerous challenges and opportunities that require systematic investigation and strategic planning. Based on my business experience and the course knowledge, I have identified three promising research topics: digital transformation in traditional industries, employee engagement and retention strategies, and supply chain resilience.
**1. Digital Transformation in Traditional Industries**

Many traditional industries, such as manufacturing or retail, are lagging behind in adopting digital technologies, which can lead to decreased competitiveness and market share. The opportunity lies in understanding how digital transformation can be effectively implemented to enhance operational efficiencies and customer engagement.
*Purpose of the Research:*
This research aims to uncover best practices and barriers in adopting digital tools within traditional sectors, providing strategic insights into successful digital transformation pathways.

**2. Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies**

In conclusion, these research topics are vital for addressing current managerial challenges and leveraging
