The purpose is to analyze the hierarchy levels, key roles, and the interrelation between various departments to understand the company's operational framework.

The organizational chart I designed for XYZ Tech Solutions includes top-level leadership such as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), followed by vice presidents overseeing major departments including Operations, Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, and Sales. Each department is further divided into specialized teams led by managers or directors. For example, the Technology department comprises Software Development, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams, each led by managers reporting directly to the CTO.
