RECOGNITION In the heart of Atlanta stands a bastion of Southern tradition and contemporary vibrancy: Piedmont Driving Club. Since its inception in 1887, this esteemed private club has cultivated a reputation as one of the most prestigious in the South, a sanctuary for influential business leaders and prominent families who seek camaraderie, recreation, and unparalleled service. More than just a club, Piedmont Driving Club is a living testament to Atlanta's rich heritage and a dynamic participant in its promising future. Recognized by Platinum Club of America as a Top 150 Country Club Nearly 2,400 members make up the Club's contemporary membership roster Exclusive reciprocity with the University Club of New York A long history of entertaining the social elite of the Reconstruction South, hosting Presidents, foreign heads of state, and countless other notable guests President Grover Cleveland dined at the Driving Club on October 18, 1887, while in Atlanta for the Piedmont Exposition Hollywood glamour descended on Atlanta in 1939 for the week-long premiere of “Gone with the Wind,” and the Driving Club was the scene of many of the festivities surrounding this major event, including a famous breakfast following the premiere when the best-selling book’s author, Margaret Mitchell, met the film’s stars, Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh, for the first time

Piedmont Driving Club provides members and their families with a plethora of recreational, social, and dining opportunities across two beautiful campuses. Our historic Main Clubhouse encompasses five acres in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, overlooking Piedmont Park. Additionally, our Golf Club offers a superb 539-acre golf and recreational facility, including a spectacular 145-acre lake, in southwest Atlanta.

THE MAIN CLUBHOUSE Our historic Main Clubhouse encompasses five acres in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, overlooking Piedmont Park.

Our facilities include: Three restaurants Men’s and women’s health clubs with locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, massage rooms, and lounges Olympic-sized outdoor pool The Jack Waters Tennis Center, with six clay tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and a brand new padel court, all lighted for nighttime play Squash center with two international softball singles courts, two hardball doubles court, a players lounge, and tournament center Racquets Pro Shop Extensive banquet facilities for up to 1,500 guests Childcare center Business center Multi-level underground parking garage

THE GOLF CLUB Our Golf Club offers a superb 539-acre golf and recreational facility, including a world-class golf course designed by Rees Jones and a spectacular 145acre lake, in southwest Atlanta. The Golf Club has hosted the U.S. Amateur Final Qualifier eight times and the U.S. Open Sectional Qualifiers. We are partnered with OCM Golf on a new Master Plan. Our facilities include: 18-hole championship golf course 9-hole 3-Par course Practice range Putting greens Clubhouse with a fullservice restaurant and locker rooms Boating and fishing Walking trails Golf Pro Shop

OF PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND SERVICE LEVELS The team at Piedmont Driving Club strives to create a home away from home for our members. We take pride in providing superior experiences and facilities for our members, their families, and their guests. Led by Amber Read, CCM, MBA, General Manager & Chief Operating Officer Amber serves on the CMAA GA Chapter Board (incoming President), CLF Advisory Board, and the UNGA Women's Advisory Board 310 staff members, ranging in age from 17 to 79 years old 20 employees recognized for their 20+ years of dedicated service The longest-tenured employee has 36 years of service Management includes two Certified Club Managers (CCM) and is highly involved in organizations such as CMAA, PCMA, PCMP, and Club Leaders Forum Three certified Sommeliers oversee a wine program with nearly 7,000 bottles

Culinary team led by Executive Chef Franck Steigerwald, recently inducted as a Master Chef of France by the Association des Maîtres Cuisiniers de France Professional racquets team led by Director of Racquets, Lisa Teer, CRSE, PTR Triple Threat, PadelMBA Lisa plays on the USA International Senior Padel Team and will compete in the 2026 World Championships Eight racquets pros hold PTR, RSPA, Padel MBA, US Squash, and/or CRSE certifications Golf team led by Director of Golf, Clint Mayo, PGA 13 golf employees are either PGA Class-A Members or pursuing ClassA Membership

The Club's contemporary membership roster continues the tradition of welcoming the city's most influential individuals, creating a dynamic environment for socializing, building lasting friendships, and sharing experiences.

AND PRUDENT FISCAL MANAGEMENT Piedmont Driving Club’s Board of Directors is comprised of 7 Directors. Five committees: Athletic, Buildings & Grounds, Entertainment & House, Finance, and Golf Subcommittees and task forces dedicated to specific areas and projects

$37 million anticipated revenue for 2026 Governance recently established new committee charters to define the missions, roles, and responsibilities of each committee

Adapting
TO CHANGING TIMES While the Club cherishes its storied past, it also embraces the future, continuously evolving its facilities and offerings to meet the changing needs and desires of its discerning membership. Scott Slemp, PDC’s Agronomy Director, introduced beehives at The Golf Club in 2023, and the program has grown from six hives to 25 (one million bees), producing over 280 pounds of honey in 2026 Our pollinator program won the Georgia Golf Environmental Stewardship Award PDC Gold, the Driving Club’s clubproduced honey, is available for purchase by members and used by our culinary team in special dishes and cocktails Our “Live in the Hive” experience takes members to visit the hives to learn more about pollinators and beekeeping Ultra-casual poolside dining introduced in 2023 at the Horseshoe and Above the Horseshoe

In 2026, PDC partnered with OCM Golf for a new Golf Master Plan First private club in Georgia with a padel court PlaySight system for squash, allowing for livestreaming and recording Family-friendly offerings, including childcare, kids' camps, a youth swim team, kids’ and family programming PDC mobile app offers members mobile food ordering Innovative health and wellness offerings, including IV therapies, massage and stretch sessions, physical therapy, nutrition planning, and more RFID gate entry systems at both properties for security and efficiency
