New VA clinic on track for completion next year Construction of the much-anticipated Veterans Affairs Clinic in Decorah is on schedule, according to project manager Gabe Farah, with an expected completion date of Feb. 1, 2025. A groundbreaking ceremony was held Nov. 7, 2023, at the construction site for the 17,000 square foot clinic, located near the intersection of Highway 9 and 52 — adjacent to the Country Inn and Suites.
