Strengthening Our Sales Team: Meet Horacio García Rooted in Bahía de Banderas since 1996 and a dual citizen of Mexico and the United States, Horacio García joins Punta Mita Properties in 2026 with a genuinely bicultural perspective shaped by three decades in the region. His career across Riviera Nayarit real estate is as extensive as it is varied: founder of his own real estate venture, founder of a legal consulting firm, DINE's Legal and Commercial Manager in Punta Mita, Associate Sales Director for a real estate development company, CEO of another, and board member and Steering Committee president for additional real estate and hospitality projects. Few backgrounds bring together the legal, commercial, and operational sides of the business so completely.
