During the first months of the year, we have observed consistent activity and a considerable number of transactions currently under contract, reflecting a dynamic market that is well positioned to achieve meaningful closings in the short term. This performance reaffirms the sustained interest from buyers seeking high-quality products in well-established destinations.
Branded Projects and HighDemand Developments
Interest in branded projects continues to be one of the main drivers of the market. We have recorded very strong demand for both Montage Residences and Montage Tuka Estates, where buyers value the combination of location, design, services, and the backing of world-class brands.
