As we begin 2026, we would like to share with our community an overview of the real estate results that defined Punta Mita’s performance throughout 2025. It was a year of consolidation, marked by consistent activity and a clear vote of confidence in the destination, supported by both domestic and international buyers.
2025 Market Overview
During 2025, a total of 59 real estate transactions were completed within Punta Mita, of which Punta Mita Properties participated in 44. Of the total transactions, 31 corresponded to new developments, marketed directly by the Master Developer, Punta Mita | DINE, reaffirming the appeal of next-generation projects and the strength of the master-planned community. This transaction volume confirms the stability of the market, even within a more selective global environment, where product quality, location, and integrated lifestyle experience continue to be decisive factors.
Punta Mita Properties Market Share
The Punta Mita Properties team once again played a leading role in the market. During 2025, it represented 67% of all transactions closed within the development, consolidating its position as the firm with the highest market participation.
Within the resale segment, Punta Mita Properties achieved a 43% market share, reflecting a solid commercial strategy, close support for both owners and buyers, and the value of operating alongside the Punta Mita Master Developer, with strong corporate support, consistent lead generation, and a highly professional marketing platform. Buyer Profile: A Milestone for the Domestic Market
One of the most significant highlights of the year was the growth of Mexican buyers. In 2025, 40% of all transactions were completed by domestic buyers, the highest level recorded to date.
This result confirms Punta Mita’s evolution into a destination increasingly integrated with the Mexican market, combining international standards with a strong local identity, a secure environment, and a growing community. (Chart C)
Strengthening the Sales Team
During 2025, Catherine Martin and Jackie McIntyre joined the Punta Mita Properties team, strengthening our commercial capacity and further elevating the level of service and advisory provided to our clients. Their integration has been key to sustaining both the pace of growth and the quality of attention.
Looking Ahead to 2026
The current interest in projects such as Montage Residences, Montage Tuka Estates, Pendry Residences, Bellavista, and Las Vistas II allows us to begin 2026 with a highly positive outlook. The combination of design, construction quality, and long-term planning continues to position Punta Mita as one of Mexico’s most solid and
