CEO REPORT

As we burst through the halfway mark of the year — and a significant juncture in the aged care industry — there are several opportunities for our Warramunda Village community to hear from leaders in aged care delivery. The key message for our Community Care clients, and those considering our services under Support at Home, is that the government is strongly promoting its “Stay at Home Longer” theme. During Aged Care Week from June 18–20, people can learn more

about the Support at Home program and its four key focus areas: Aged Care Quality and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance); Aged Care Technology; Aged Care Workforce; and Aged Care Financial Sustainability. You can find out more about these events here: Aged Care Week Events. The focus is on lifting standards and turning challenges into best practice. Warramunda Community Care already leads in many of these areas — through our digital care platform, strong staff development focus, ongoing accreditation, and clear advice on services and costs. Regarding Community Care (Home Care): Home Care Packages and ShortTerm Restorative Care programs will transition to Support at Home from November 1, 2025. Continued Page 2
