Diversity & Inclusion Self-Assessment Instructions This self-assessment helps you reflect on your approach to Diversity & Inclusion as a leader. Rate yourself on each statement using the scale: 1 - Never | 2 - Rarely | 3 - Sometimes | 4 - Often | 5 - Always

Personal Awareness I reflect on my own biases and assumptions. I seek out learning about different cultures and identities. I recognise when personal values influence decisions. I am open to feedback about my behavior related to D&I.

Inclusive Leadership I treat all team members with equal respect. I encourage diverse perspectives in discussions. I intervene when I witness exclusion or bias. I ensure everyone has a voice in meetings.

Workplace Practices I make inclusive hiring and development decisions. I celebrate cultural events in the workplace. I accommodate different working styles. I promote psychological safety in my team.

Reflect on Your Results 12-24: Just beginning. Consider further education and resources. 25-39: Making progress. Be more intentional in your actions. 40-60: Strong inclusive leadership. Continue growing and mentoring others.
