Dr. Douglas Wine, DC, is a pioneering health-technology innovator with more than 40 years’ experience as a chiropractor, researcher, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Blue Honest Inc., creators of the PRO VX—an FDA-cleared, full-spectrum therapeutic laser designed to support non‑invasive pain relief, inflammation reduction, and tissue repair. With certifications in over 30 health disciplines including neurology, applied kinesiology, and phytotherapy, Dr. Wine brings a unique cross-disciplinary approach to wellness. He has developed proprietary protocols used in advanced Lyme disease and chronic pain clinics, blending laser science, nutrition, and technology.
