Scholarly Research Journal's is licensed Based on a work at www.srjis.com Introduction: National Education Policy 2019:National Education Policy 2019 stated about Early Childhood Care and Education in the following way: 1.Over 85% of a child’s cumulative brain development occurs prior to the age of 6, indicating the critical importance of appropriate care and stimulation of the brain in a child’s early years for healthy brain development and growth. It is therefore of the utmost importance that every child has access to quality early childhood care and education (ECCE). Presently, quality ECCE is not available to most young children, particularly children from economically disadvantaged families. Investment in ECCE has the potential to give all young children such access, enabling all children to participate and flourish in the educational system throughout their lives. ECCE is perhaps the greatest and most powerful equalizer.(National education Policy 2019) 2.ECCE ideally consists of flexible, multifaceted, multilevel, play-based, activity-based, and discovery-based learning about, e.g., alphabets, languages, numbers, counting, colors, shapes, indoor and outdoor play, puzzles and logical thinking, problem solving, drawing/painting and other visual art, craft, drama and puppetry, music and movement.(National Education Policy 2019).

Early Childhood Care and Development and its Education is the Foundation of Learning in every child. If we took very well care of early childhood child and give good education then he will become best citizens of India having all level developments. So we must have learned about the foundation of learning of a child that is early childhood Care Development andEducation. Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD):Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) means the whole development of children including physical, cognitive, language, social

emotional

development

from

beginning

to

age

of

five.(https://wikieducator.org/Early_childhood_care_and_development ) Early Childhood: Early childhood is defined as the period of a child’s life from beginning to age five. Care: Care means something additional rather than education, such as children’s health and nutrition, their evolving emotional and social abilities, as well as their minds, to move policy makers and program providers away from thinking exclusively in terms of pre-schooling. Development: Development is defined as the process of change in child’s thinking, feeling and interacting with people and objects in the environment. Fragments of Early Child development: Child development is a process in which following area are occurring 1. Physical developmentPhysical development is the most predictable and observable change in the life of a child. In this body size, appearance of body, brain development, motor development, capacities of child and physical development are included. This development is dependent on the child’s health and nutritional position. 2. Cognitive developmentIn this cognitive development thought process and intelligent abilities are included. Cognitive development means that to obtain the skill of understanding, recognizing, problem solving, logical thinking and Cause & effect analysis and dealing with numbers. 3. Social and Emotional developmentIn this development self-knowledge, moral reasoning, understanding of emotion are included. community. Emotional development includes acquiring a sense of security in the presence of adults; secure children are more concerned in discovering novelty and playing with peers. 4. Language developmentLanguage development is the most complete human achievement takes its way of the very beginning of child life after birth. Language consists of several sub-systems that have to do with sound, meaning, overall structure and everyday use. Significance of Early Childhood Care and Development: 1. 85% brain has been developed of child at age of 3 years. 2. Childhood development of future will start from this stage so early childhood care and development is very important 3. Childhood was seen as worthy of special attention thatâ€™s why we about more of early childhood care and development. 4. Early childhood care and development

is an opportunity to avoid or reduce

developmental problems of early childhood , thus bringing enduring benefits of individuals and society 5. Early child hood years are vital formation of intelligence, personality and social behavior. 6. Children are born with physical, social and psychological capacities which allow them to communicate, learn and develop. If these capacities are not recognized and supported in early childhood years, they will never be developed. 7. Proper care at early child hood age can do much to create an enabling environment that ensures protection and support for more issues such as children's health, nutrition, psycho-social and cognitive development. 8. ECCD stressed the importance of child-friendly, family-focused and communitybased programs that not only serve to strengthen ongoing social service programs, but improve the physical and mental capacity of children. 9.

Investments in Early Childhood Development can further help to modify inequalities rooted in poverty as well as social, religious or gender discrimination.

In the present era of digitisation, ICT use in the classroom is crucial for giving students opportunities to learn and apply to satisfy their needs essential 21st-century skills. Digital learning has the potential to reach more children than ever before. It has the ability to motivate the unmotivated. This study aims to finding out the difficulties faced by Madrasa teachers in using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for classroom teaching-learning. The use of ICT in the classroom is immensely important to offer opportunities for students to learn to operate their learning task in an information age. The objective of this paper is to assess teachers’ perceptions of the challenges faced in using ICT tools in the classroom transactions. A qualitative research design was used to collect the data randomly from a sample of 86 teachers in which 46 males and 40 females, who were selected from the 5 Madrasas of Varanasi in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
