Contract $15,000 Amount Jurisdiction United States Start date Effective Date Effective date Effective Date Termination Clause • Coverage ends upon completion of the trip, cancellation of the trip, or expiration of the plan. • Trip Cancellation and Optional Cancel For Any Reason coverage end on the earlier of departure, cancellation, or scheduled departure time. • Rental Car Damage coverage ends when the car is returned to the rental company. Liability • Liability is limited to the maximum benefit amount specified in the Schedule of Benefits. • No benefits will duplicate any other coverage provided under the plan. Indemnification • Indemnification is provided for covered losses arising from unforeseen reasons. • Maximum benefit amount is limited to the largest applicable benefit under the Schedule of Benefits. Audit Rights • Generali Global Assistance may require original documentation for claims. • Claims must be submitted with proof of loss and supporting documents. Early Termination Fee • Plan cost is non-refundable after the 10-day review period. Payment Terms • Coverage is effective only if the required plan cost is paid prior to the date of loss. • Benefits are proportional to the amount paid relative to the required plan cost. Termination for Convenience • Plan can be canceled within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, provided no claims are filed or trip commenced. Most Favored Nation • No benefits will duplicate any other coverage provided under the plan. Confidentiality • Personal information is safeguarded and disclosed only as permitted by law. • Information may be shared with affiliates and third parties for business purposes. Renewal Terms
