Whether it’s inside or out, this hooded pullover gets the job done. I ruck – a lot – and on rainy days like this, the hood is just what I need to keep the water from running down my back. It’s form fitting so no bunching under my straps, but if need be I can still wear it over a technical tee. Big fan of the clothing, and of the cause.
