The Downtown Experience Plan further establishes Downtown Raleigh as a diverse, energized, connected place to live, work and play. It highlights Raleigh’s reputation and identity as a creative, innovative, and family-friendly city. The plan will create a 10-year vision that includes short-, mid-, and long-term improvements to Downtown Raleigh. It also analyzes public realm, infrastructure, connectivity improvements, future development and potential impacts from the proposed action items.
