the reformation of assemblages (no small matter #4) for 3 or more
find a wooded area at the border of an artificially-maintained clearing gathering back-to-back, take a moment to listen and breathe together transect the landscape by walking in a straight line at a comfortable pace for twenty steps take care to walk softly, minimizing disturbance of living flora and fauna where possible as you walk, take note of any fallen leaves or branches, seed pods or pine cones; imagine their sound and hold the sound in your mind when you've reached twenty steps, turn around and take a moment to listen and breathe together taking groups of two, three, or five steps, walk slowly back to the center, stopping to look carefully for the fallen flora you listened to in your imagination; when you find the flora, take it in your hand and continuing walking repeat until your hands are full or you return to the center, whichever comes first when everyone is gathered at the center, speak to each other using only the materials you have gathered end when the conversation comes to a natural pause walk slowly to return the flora and continue with your day, holding what was said in your mind
