WHOLESALE RETURNS POLICY
• All wholesale sales are final unless approved under the conditions below.
• All returns require prior Return Authorization (RA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
• Returns are accepted only for: Incorrect shipments (wrong style, size, color, or quantity shipped in error)
• Manufacturing or quality defects reported within 14 days of receipt
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return:
• Custom, special-order, or private-label merchandise
• Clearance or discontinued items
• Worn, altered, relabeled, or damaged merchandise TRANSIT DAMAGE
• Damage during delivery must be reported within 14 days
• Items returned without an approved RA
• Any merchandise reported after 14 days from delivery
• Damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and supported with photos
• Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in denial of credit or replacement
RETURN CONDITIONS
• Approved returns must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• Poorly packed or damaged returns may not qualify for credit
• Credits
• All approved returns are issued as account credit only
• No cash refunds
