he sun is out, mosquitoes are biting and the ever-present smell of grills is wafting through the air. Summer is officially here. There is so much to see and explore throughout the county, including hikes, tours and festivals. You can also try all the flavors that Door County eateries have to offer. One special highlight of the summer is always the robust live-music scene. Up and down the peninsula, venues from bars to wineries, and parks to restaurants offer a
wide range of musical delights, including rock, folk, jazz, alternative, classical and all of the genres in between. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy! Once again, the community has gone all out to provide a rockin’ summer, with over 900 live-music performances scheduled so far.
