As she dreams of owning her own restaurant and using her voice to help others, Zendaya reminds us that even at a young age, God can do great things through willing hearts. Her journey is just beginning—and her future is bright.

Hi boys and girls, trust all is well and you’re catching up on your memory verses. I myself have some catching up to do, so we can do so together.

Psalm 56:3 says:

"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”

1 This Psalm is about David who was running from those trying to take his life, but he knew he could call on God.

Everyone feels scared sometimes (like a big dog barking or a storm).

We can trust God to help and protect us.

We have to acknowledge fear: It's okay to feel scared. David did too.

2. Trust God, we need to focus on God's power and love.

3. We also need to take action : When fear hits, pray and remind yourself of God's faithfulness.

Just imagine you're scared of the dark, but you know a parent is nearby. God is like that safe parent, always there.

What can you do when you're afraid?

1. Tell God about fears: Pray and share what's scary.

2. Remember God's love: He’s bigger than any problem.

When I was younger I was very afraid of the dark, it was hard for me to sleep alone, but I would put my trust in God and pray and so then I'll go to sleep.

Here is a simple prayer you can say:-

God, I'm scared about ...... (whatever the fear). I trust You to help me. Thank you God for being with me. Amen.

David is not the only one who trusted God when he was fearful. Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego were three young boys who were afraid when they were told they would be thrown into a fiery furnace, but they put their trust in God and they prayed and God delivered them out of the flames without even being burnt or even smelling like smoke.

ONE YEAR OF T4RMJ: CELEBRATING GROWTH, PURPOSE, AND PROMISE

Last month marked something special.

One full year of Transformational 4Real Magazine for Juniors.

What started as a vision to equip young hearts has grown into a platform that uplifts, encourages, and gives young voices a place to shine.

And that is worth celebrating.

A YEAR OF PURPOSE

T4RMJ was created with one goal:

To help children grow in their relationship with God in a real, practical way.

Not just stories.

Not just inspiration.

But transformation.

Over the past year, we’ve explored identity, courage, purpose, faith, emotional growth, and spiritual strength. Each issue has been a seed planted.

And seeds grow.

THE POWER OF JUNIOR VOICES

One of the most impactful parts of this year has been the junior interviews.

We’ve heard from bold, thoughtful, gifted young people who:

Shared their dreams

Spoke about their faith

Encouraged other children

Demonstrated leadership beyond their years

Their confidence.

Their honesty.

Their wisdom.

It has been impressive and inspiring.

T4RMJ is not just about teaching children. It is about empowering them to speak.

GROWTH WE CAN’T ALWAYS SEE

Growth doesn’t always show up in numbers.

Sometimes it shows up when:

A child understands prayer for the first time.

A parent says, “This helped my child open up.”

A young reader feels seen and valued.

THAT’S IMPACT.

And we believe more is coming.

LOOKING AHEAD

This next year is about expansion.

More interaction.

More engagement.

More opportunities for juniors to participate.

We are looking forward to:

Stronger faith-building challenges zDeeper devotional content

Greater visibility and reach

The mission remains the same.

Helping young people recognize God’s faithfulness in their own lives.

 Thank You:

To every junior who read, participated, interviewed, or encouraged thank you.

To every parent who supported the vision thank you.

This is only the beginning.

The foundation has been laid.

And greater things are ahead for T4RMJ.

7-Day Transformational Challenge

Theme: Growing Stronger with God — One Day at a Time

Have you ever wanted to grow closer to God but didn’t know where to start?

Sometimes we think big changes have to happen all at once. But real transformation often happens through small, faithful steps every day. Remember: transformation means changing from the inside out with God’s help.

DAY 1 — TALK TO GOD FIRST

Before starting your day, say a short prayer and thank God for being with you.

Scripture: Philippians 4:6. – “Pray about everything.”

Challenge: Pray for 2 minutes in the morning.

DAY 2 CHOOSE KINDNESS

Look for one person you can encourage or help today.

Scripture: Ephesians 4:32 -- “Be kind and compassionate to one another.”

Challenge: Say something kind to someone.

DAY 3 TRUST GOD WHEN IT’S HARD

When something doesn’t go your way, pause and trust God.

Scripture: Proverbs 3:5. – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart.”

Challenge: Tell God how you feel instead of complaining.

Day 4 — Read God’s Word

God’s Word helps us grow strong inside.

Scripture: Psalm 119:105. – “Your word is a lamp to my feet.”

Challenge: Read one short Bible passage today.

DAY 5 — BE THANKFUL

Gratitude helps us remember God’s goodness.

Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:18 – “Give thanks in all circumstances.”

Challenge: Write down three things you’re thankful for.

DAY 6 HELP SOMEONE

Serving others reflects God’s love.

Scripture: Galatians 5:13 – “Serve one another humbly in love.”

Challenge: Do one helpful thing without being asked.

DAY 7 CELEBRATE GROWTH

God is always working in you, even in small ways.

Scripture: Philippians 1:6 – “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.”

Challenge: Thank God for helping you grow this week.

REMEMBER:

Transformation doesn’t happen in one day it happens one choice at a time with God.

Every prayer, every kind act, and every moment of trust helps you grow stronger in Him.

You are becoming who God created you to be.

MARCH MONTH AFFIRMATIONS FOR JUNIORS

GOD’S TRUTH FOR ME

God has helped me before, and He will help me again.

I can remember times God answered my prayers.

I am never alone — God is with me.

When I look back, I see God’s hand on my life.

God keeps His promises.

I can trust God with my future.

Every challenge helps me grow stronger in faith.

God is working even when I don’t see it.

I choose to remember blessings, not just problems.

My story shows God’s faithfulness.

I can talk to God anytime.

Read It. Remember It. Live It.

MARCH MONTH AWARENESS FOR JUNIORS

NATIONAL

READING MONTH

March is National Reading Month but this isn’t just about reading more books.

It’s about becoming stronger on the inside.

Reading helps your mind grow.

But reading God’s Word helps your spirit grow.

And when you grow spiritually, you start to notice something powerful:

God has been faithful all along.

WHY READING MATTERS

Reading helps you:

Learn new ideas

Understand different people

Build confidence

Think clearly

Grow your imagination

But when you read the Bible, something even deeper happens.

YOU LEARN:

How God helped David defeat giants

How God protected Daniel in the lions’ den

How God used Esther to save her people

And as you read those stories, you begin to see a pattern.

God shows up. Again. And again. And again.

READING HELPS YOU REMEMBER

In the Bible, God often told His people to remember what He had done.

Why?

BECAUSE PEOPLE FORGET.

When life gets hard, it’s easy to forget past victories.

Reading reminds you:

God kept His promises before.

God helped others before.

God can help you too.

Every time you open your Bible, you are building faith.

Build a Reading Habit This Month

You don’t need to read for hours.

START SMALL.

TRY THIS:

Read 10 minutes a day.

Pick one Bible story each week.

Write down one thing God did in that story.

Ask: “Where have I seen God do something like that in my life?”

That’s how reading turns into relationship.

Healthy Habits, Strong Life

Health & Wholeness

Did you know small daily choices can help you grow strong and healthy?

Healthy habits are things we do regularly to take care of our bodies and minds. When we practice healthy habits, we are taking care of the gift God has given us — our bodies.

God wants us to be strong, joyful, and ready to do what He calls us to do.

YOUR BODY IS IMPORTANT

The Bible reminds us that our bodies matter to God.

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?”

— 1 Corinthians 6:19

That means God cares about how we treat ourselves. Taking care of our bodies is one way to honor Him.

FIVE HEALTHY HABITS TO PRACTICE:

1. EAT FOODS THAT HELP YOU GROW

Fruits, vegetables, and healthy meals give your body energy.

2. DRINK WATER

Water helps your body stay strong and focused.

3. GET ENOUGH REST

Sleep helps your body and brain recharge.

4. MOVE YOUR BODY

Running, stretching, dancing, or playing outside keeps you active.

5. TALK ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS

Sharing your thoughts with God or a trusted adult helps your heart stay healthy.

Healthy habits don’t have to be perfect just consistent.

GROWING A LITTLE EACH DAY

Healthy living is like planting a seed. When you make good choices every day, you grow stronger over time.

God helps us build good habits step by step.

REMEMBER THIS:

You don’t have to change everything at once. Start with one healthy habit this week.

Small choices today can make a big difference tomorrow.

God cares about your whole life body, mind, and heart.

ANSWER KEY

Deborah: a Superhero of the Old Testament

DEBORAH: THE RELUCTANT WARRIOR WHO LED A NATION

SHE LED WHEN MEN WOULDN’T

Deborah appears in Judges 4–5 at a time when Israel was oppressed and spiritually weak.

No king.

No stability.

No courage in leadership.

She wasn’t just a prophetess. She was a judge — meaning the nation came to her for decisions, strategy, and direction from God.

THAT ALONE WAS UNUSUAL.

A woman leading nationally in a male-dominated culture? That’s not small.

HER SUPERPOWER: SPIRITUAL CLARITY

Deborah heard from God clearly.

She summoned Barak and told him God commanded him to go to battle against Sisera, commander of King Jabin’s army.

Barak hesitated. He said he would only go if Deborah went with him. That tells you something. Her presence carried authority. She agreed but told him the honor of victory would go to a woman. It did.

She Didn’t Just Prophesy. She Positioned.

Deborah didn’t fight with a sword.

She fought with obedience and strategy.

Israel defeated Sisera’s army.

And another woman, Jael, delivered the final blow.

Deborah then sang a victory song — what we now call the Song of Deborah in Judges 5 — one of the oldest recorded songs in Scripture.

SHE LED IN:

Governance

Warfare strategy

Spiritual authority

National celebration

THAT’S MULTI-DIMENSIONAL LEADERSHIP.

WHAT MAKES HER A SUPERHERO?

1.She stepped up when leadership was weak.

2.She spoke truth without intimidation.

3.She empowered others to act.

4.She gave God the credit.

She didn’t need the spotlight.

She needed obedience.

THE REAL LESSON

Deborah wasn’t loud. She was decisive. She didn’t compete with men. She completed the mission. She didn’t wait for permission from culture. She responded to God.

THAT’S AUTHORITY.

Gratitude Corner

I

am

Thankful

that I have a Place to Live

HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT HOW SPECIAL IT IS TO HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE?

A home is more than just a building. It is a place where we rest, feel safe, and spend time with the people who care about us. Having a place to live is a blessing from God.

Sometimes we forget to say “thank you” for the everyday things we see all the time like our homes.

GOD PROVIDES WHAT WE NEED

The Bible reminds us that God cares about our needs.

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19

A place to live is one way God shows His care for us.

Whether it is a house, apartment, or another kind of home, it is still a blessing.

Even when things are not perfect, having a place to live is something to be thankful for.

Even when things are not perfect, having a place to live is something to be thankful for.

Remembering Others

Being grateful also helps us remember people who may not have a safe place to live. We can pray for them and show kindness when we can.

GRATITUDE HELPS US CARE ABOUT OTHERS.

REMEMBER THIS

Every day we can thank God for the place we call home.

Gratitude reminds us that God is always providing for us.

A thankful heart helps us see God’s goodness in everyday life.

HOME IS A PLACE OF COMFORT

Home can be a place where we:

sleep and rest eat meals pray together learn and grow feel loved

Money Matters FOR JUNIORS

Theme: Needs vs. Wants

Have you ever wanted something really badly — like a new toy, game, or snack — but didn’t actually need it?

That happens to everyone!

Learning the difference between needs and wants helps us make wise choices with money.

WHAT IS A NEED?

A need is something we must have to live and stay healthy.

Examples of needs: food clothing a place to live water basic school supplies

GOD HELPS PROVIDE OUR NEEDS EVERY DAY.

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19

What Is a Want?

A want is something we would like to have but don’t truly need.

Examples of wants: toys video games candy trendy clothes extra snacks

Wants are not wrong but they should not come before needs.

MAKING WISE CHOICES

Before spending money, try asking yourself: Is this a need or a want? Can I wait? Is this the best use of my money?

SOMETIMES WAITING HELPS US MAKE BETTER DECISIONS.

God Helps Us Choose Wisely

God cares about the choices we make — even small ones.

When we ask Him for wisdom, He helps us make good decisions. Wise choices today help us grow into responsible adults tomorrow.

REMEMBER THIS

Needs come first. Wants come later.

When you learn to tell the difference, you are growing in wisdom and responsibility. God is proud when you make wise choices.

National Nutrition Month

FUEL YOUR BODY. STRENGTHEN YOUR FAITH.

March is National Nutrition Month and it’s about more than food.

It’s about how we take care of the body God gave us. Your body is not random. It is a gift.

AND HOW YOU TREAT IT MATTERS.

WHY NUTRITION MATTERS

Food gives you energy to:

Learn at school

Play sports

Focus better

Grow strong

Think clearly

When you eat well, your body works better.

But here’s something deeper.

When you take care of your body, you are showing gratitude to God.

WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES

The Bible reminds us that our bodies are important.

GOD CREATED YOUR BODY WITH PURPOSE.

That means:

Rest matters.

Water matters.

Healthy food matters.

Movement matters.

It’s responsibility.

WHAT DOES “HEALTHY” REALLY MEAN?

Healthy doesn’t mean perfect.

It means balance.

Try this simple formula:

Half your plate: fruits and vegetables

One part: protein (chicken, beans, eggs, fish)

One part: whole grains

Drink water throughout the day

Small choices every day make a big difference.

DON’T BE EXTREME

You don’t have to cut out everything you enjoy.

But ask yourself:

Is this helping my body?

Is this something I should have all the time or sometimes?

WISDOM IS ABOUT MODERATION.

Move Your Body

Nutrition is not just about food. It’s also about movement.

A FAITH CONNECTION

When you fuel your body well, you:

Think more clearly

Focus during prayer

Have energy to serve

Feel stronger emotionally

CARING FOR YOUR HEALTH HELPS YOU SHOW UP FULLY FOR THE LIFE GOD HAS GIVEN YOU.
