Safety made easy.

The Xsafe bracket system is a lightweight working and pouring platform that can be assembled by hand. Well-conceived safety features integrated into the few individual parts guarantee intuitive, safe assembly. The new modular system deckings can be used with various Doka wall formwork systems.

Crane independent system with high safety standards

ƒ The system is based on brackets that can be attached to the formwork by hand.

ƒ Modular system components are used instead of the usual wooden planks and guardrail boards.

ƒ This solution combines the advantages of a lightweight, manually installable system with the high safety standards of a heavy crane lifted platform.

Time and cost savings through single-operator assembly

ƒ The maximum weight of the individual parts is < 25 kg.

ƒ Crane independence and single-operator use saves time and costs. The system can be installed on horizontal or vertical formwork.

Flexible, adaptable and compact

ƒ The main system components can be used with the wall formwork systems Framax Xlife plus, Framax Xlife, Frami Xlife and DokaXlight.

ƒ Particularly with Framax Xlife plus and Framax Xlife, the two-part bracket creates a continuous work-deck level, regardless of whether horizontal or vertical formwork elements are used.

ƒ Practically all element combinations can be covered with just 4 decking types.

The standard deck

Three versions for a wide range of applications.

The three versions of the standard deck make for versatile use, flexibility, efficiency and safe working. All deck variants, including accessories, are compatible with almost all element combinations, including the Framax Xlife plus, Framax Xlife, Frami Xlife and DokaXlight systems.

With just one deck and a few simple operation, you can immediately create a 2.70 m long and 0.75 m wide workspace.

The self-closing hatch and integrated ladder suspension points (Xsafe plus telescopic ladder) allow simple and safe access to the work-deck level.

The infill deck

The allrounder.

The infill deck XBS can be used for a wide variety of applications. Everything is possible – from length adjustment to the forming of an inside corner. Gaps or closure zones from 0.30 m to 1.35 m can be effortlessly bridged.

An integrated and patented safety mechanism prevents the deck from slipping and tipping over when installed. Furthermore, the securing hook simplifies assembly in the horizontal position.

The toothed strip in the deck, in conjunction with the securing hook on the brackets, has 3 functions — anti-tip protection assembly aid horizontal flexibility.

Safe access thanks to Xsafe plus telescopic ladder 1.55 m – 2.70 m that can be suspended to the deck.

Working heights of up to 4.00 m

With the Xsafe ladder extension 1.15 m.

Safe working at the end of the formwork

With the new Xsafe universal ladder holder. Individually adjustable thanks to the telescoping function.

Installation on the horizontal formwork

1 Installing the brackets

2 Hook the deck into the securing hook of the brackets with the toothed strip.

With Framax: Install the XBS adapter; this ensures a uniform platform level at all times. Visual mark in the XBS adapter for safe assembly. 98112-406-08

4 Install the ladder cage and side railings.

3 The handrail posts automatically secure the deck to prevent it from slipping out.

5 Install the panel struts and raise the formwork with the crane.

Installation on the vertical formwork

1 Position the multi panel gang-form using panel struts

2 Install the components on the formwork from the elevated platform.

Closure in the straight wall

1 Length adjustment.

2 Hook the infill deck into the openings of the standard deck.

3 Close the open securing hook to secure the deck when raising with the crane.

4 The locking mechanism is closed, open the deck hatch for a safe transition.
