GENERAL POLICY
Telos Academy’s uniform policy is founded in a desire to cultivate a professional culture that is neat, orderly, and honors God in our attire.
Gentlemen
Hair must be a natural color, clean and neatly groomed.
Watches and Christian themed necklaces or bracelets are the only jewelry allowed for boys.
Shorts must be knee length.
Hats or hoodies may not be worn in the building
Dress shirts must be tucked in.
Ladies
Hair must be a natural color, clean and neatly groomed.
Earrings are allowed No body piercing jewelry
Dresses, jumpers, skirts, and shorts must be no more than 3 inches above the kneecap.
Blouses must be tucked in
Primary Students: no makeup or artificial nails
Nail polish is permitted in neutral or traditional tones (such as clear, beige, rose, red, or French manicures) that complement the school uniform.
If accessories become a distraction the teacher has the discretion to request they be removed
Uniform days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Casual days: Monday and Friday
Telos Academy administration and staff maintain final authority in interpreting and enforcing dress code standards for all school functions.
All tops and bottoms MUST be Lands’ End and can be purchased through our dedicated uniform distributor, Lands’ End.
