Host your next event in the Prospector Ballroom at Sheraton Park City, an expansive venue ideal for weddings, meetings, and social gatherings. Spanning 5,722 square feet, this elegant space accommodates up to 500 guests seated or 780 for a standing reception.

The ballroom can be divided into four separate rooms, offering flexible configurations for events of various sizes. Each section ranges from 918 to 1,591 square feet, making it easy to tailor the space to your specific needs.

This bar selection offers a full range of beverages for your guests to pay for as they order. The hotel offers a lobby ATM on site for convenience.

Price per drink is dependent on the bar level you select. General pricing ranges from $7-9 for beer and seltzers, $10-14 for wine, $12-16 for most mixed drinks, and $5 for sodas and $5 bottled water. Specialty items available upon request.

BARTENDERS & EVENT STAFF

Bartenders and event staff may be required for your event. The hourly rate is $125 per bartender with a two hour minimum. Event staff rates vary based on scope of your event to ensure excellent service. $100 per bar set up fee and $75 per additional hours of service fees applicable.
