I am a fourth-year Bachelor of Architecture student at Qatar University and the current President of the AIAS Qatar University Chapter
My work is driven by parametric and computational design approaches, while my interests are rooted in vernacular and traditional architecture I aim to bridge both by translating cultural identity into contemporary, data-driven forms
Through my academic projects and professional experiences, I explore the relationship between design, context, and user experience, with a focus on sustainability, spatial storytelling, and innovation.
Interests:
Wiqaar Community Center reimagines wellness through a biophilic, culturally rooted design within Al Rayyan Sustainability Park Inspired by the Qur’anic concept of well-being, the center seamlessly blends nature, light, and local materials to create spaces for reflection, learning, and connection Each space is thoughtfully organized around five wellness pillars spiritual, mental, emotional, social, and physical fostering a holistic experience for all users.

Qatar University Museum reimagines the university’s legacy through a contemporary architectural language rooted in cultural identity and historical continuity Designed as a dynamic cultural hub, the museum integrates exhibition spaces, learning environments, and public programs to celebrate the evolution of Qatar University Inspired by the campus context and its architectural vocabulary, the project translates heritage into a cohesive spatial narrative, creating an engaging journey that connects past achievements with future aspirations

Al-Barzakh Intercultural Center reimagin cultural exchange as a spatial dialogue betwe contrasting identities, inspired by the Qur’an concept of Maraj al-Bahrayn, where two bodi meet yet remain distinct. Located within t historic fabric of Zone 7 in Doha Downtown, t project integrates heritage and urban flows create a dynamic intercultural hub Throu fluid architectural forms and layered spat experiences, the design fosters interactio coexistence, and continuity, creating a spa where diverse communities engage wh preserving their unique identities

Art House (Tides of Art) reimagines art and architecture as a fluid dialogue between heritage and contemporary expression, developed during my internship at Arab Engineering Bureau
Inspired by the rhythmic motion of waves and Qatar’s connection to the sea, the design translates the identity of Legtaifiya, meaning “mini waves, ” into a dynamic architectural form
Through parametric skylights, fluid geometries, and spatial continuity, the project creates an immersive environment for exhibition, reflection, and storytelling, where art and architecture merge into a cohesive experience

Nur – Parametric Lamp is a competition-winning project developed collaboratively with Alaa Abdelmajid, Meead Alwalid, and Shamsiya Shihab, exploring the integration of parametric design and spiritual symbolism Inspired by the Qur’anic concept of “Noor ‘ala Noor”, the design translates the relationship between oil and flame into two interconnected forms that embody stability and motion Through computational geometry, material exploration, and responsive lighting strategies, the project creates a dynamic object that evolves with prayer cycles, producing an immersive and meaningful lighting experience

Hawaj (جاﻮﻫ) explores kinetic architecture as a responsive shading system inspired by traditional saff (palm fronds) and natural airflow

Developed during a workshop led by Jacob MacFarlane in collaboration with Qatar Museums, the project was created alongside Thalia Noureddine, Farida Aboul Seoud, Aysha Al-Kaabi, Mostafa Elkholy, and Fatma Al-Haddad Reinterpreted through a contemporary form, the canopy integrates movement, mechanism, and environmental response to create a dynamic spatial experience Through this approach, the design generates shifting patterns of light, shadow, and ventilation, reflecting a collaborative exploration that bridges heritage with contemporary kinetic strategies

Vernacular Exploration: Qatar explores the documentation and reinterpretation of traditional Qatari architecture through observation, analysis, and visual translation Developed during a workshop led by Ibrahim Al-Jaida in collaboration with Qatar Museums, the project was created alongside Shahd Abdelmola, focusing on collecting archival references, studying spatial details, and translating them into sketches Through this process, the work reflects a deeper understanding of local architectural identity, capturing the relationship between heritage, materiality, and cultural expression

Selected Architectural Sketches
Architecture, to me, is a continuous exploration bridging culture, context, and innovation Through each project, I seek to create spaces that are not only functional, but meaningful, rooted in identity, and responsive to the people who experience them
Architecture,tome,isacontinuous exploration bridgingculture,context,and innovation.
