This high-end residential project in Los Angeles exemplifies modern Californian living through a sophisticated blend of minimalist architecture and warm, organic textures. The exterior is defined by interlocking volumes of neutral stucco and vertical timber cladding, featuring expansive glass apertures that establish a strong indoor outdoor connection. This connection is maximized in the private backyard, which serves as a central sanctuary featuring a linear swimming pool, an integrated spa, and a seamless transition to the interior social zones.

Green Dome Living is a freelance project en-trusted to me by an international client, involving the interior planning of the main floor of a four-story Silo-Style Dome Tower, outdoor landscaping, and 3D visualization of the project.
At its core, Green Dome Living challenges conventional housing, reimagining multifamily living through Monolithic Dome technology. This innovative approach ensures durability, energy efficiency, superior air quality, and minimal maintenance, all while supporting sustainable, long-lasting developments.
A defining feature of the project is the Green Atrium, a central indoor courtyard that I designed as the heart of the communal experience. Crafted for diverse user needs, it offers:

The atrium creates a multi-sensory experience, featuring cascading water bodies and floating plants that immerse visitors in a tranquil setting. As soon as one steps out of the elevator, they are greeted by a mini waterfall flowing into a lush green pool, accompanied by the calming sound of water. Seating arrangements are placed alongside and within the space, ensuring a seamless blend of relaxation and interaction.

This project addressed the interior design of a high-end Airbnb lounge, balancing the need for exceptional guest experience with the operational requirement for durability and low maintenance. The conceptual framework utilizes a sophisticated blend of Mid-Century Modern form and Contemporary Minimalism. We used a neutral foundation punctuated by calculated accents (burnt orange, terracotta artwork) to achieve a timeless, universally appealing aesthetic.
