Eligibility: Except where regulated or restricted by law, Rate’s PPA Tournament Scan. Search. Win. Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the sponsor, Guaranteed Rate, Inc DBA Rate (“Sponsor”) and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors and licensees, advertising or promotion agencies, and any other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each), and those living in the same household of each, as well as any employee of a settlement service provider, are not eligible to enter or win. Other eligibility requirements and conditions of participation are set forth below in these official rules for the Sweepstakes (“Official Rules”). All federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 9/28/26 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on 10/4/26 (“Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes gameplay (locating and/or scanning the entry clue(s)) will be available from September 28, 2026 through October 4, 2026.

How to Enter: To enter, eligible individuals (“Entrant”) download the Rate mobile application, locate the Sweepstakes password within the Rate mobile application, and submit the password together with the Entrant's requested contact information on the Sweepstakes entry webpage located at rate.com/play. Upon completing the entry process (“Entry” or “Entries”), the participant will be entered into the Sweepstakes with a chance to win the prize (“Entrant” or “Entrants”).

Entry Conditions: All Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Any Entry received after the Entry Period will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected Entries or Entries not properly forwarded to Sponsor. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Each of three (3) winners of the sweepstakes will receive one of the following three (3) prizes (each, a “Prize”, and collectively, the “Prizes”) as determined and assigned by Sponsor: (i) a $100 gift card to RateFit (ARV $100); (ii) a $250 gift card to RateTravel (ARV $250); (iii) 2 CPX Max Pickleball Paddles (ARV $300 value). The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $650. Limit one (1) Prize per person/household for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

Prize Conditions: All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may waive his/her right to receive a Prize. A Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and must be accepted by the winner as awarded.

Winner Selection: Three (3) separate Prize winners (each, a “Winner”, and collectively, the “Winners”) will be selected, each to receive one prize, by random drawing conducted by Sponsor within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period (each, a “Drawing”) from among all eligible Entries received, excluding any Entrant already selected as a Winner in a prior Drawing. The Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Prize in the Sweepstakes depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.
