現今對於身體的保健上都相當重視; 碧波庭BOX系列與負壓按摩儀 設定使用對象為15歲以上之使用者,是將碧波庭BOX系列4種盒子 搭配負壓按摩儀與碧波庭三種大小不同之拔罐杯一同使用,將震動
、光照美容、負離子以及艾草精油等科技與真空負壓按摩結合,讓 傳統拔罐技術帶入不同的新技術使功效更多元與成效更佳。
Nowadays, human attach great importance to body care; BIBOTING Function Box Series and BIBOTING Massager is intended to be used by over 15 years old. Four different types of Function Box Series is to be used in conjunc tion with BIBOTING Massager and three types of Listed Cups. Comfortable vibration, LED light beauty, negative ions, Tarragon Essential Oil and emerging technologies combined with rhythmic suction massage, so as to allow traditional cupping th erapy brought in new technologies and makes it more effective.

將近20年的舊款有刷馬達真空泵做設計優化並提升性能,以改善產品體積與產品 壽命。將老舊的模具與不合理之設計改良優化,並使用無刷馬達來驅動幫浦,體 積上做最大之憂畫以減少53%的體積。
We have optimized a legacy brushed motor vacuum pump design fro m nearly 20 years ago to enhance performance, extend product life span, and minimize footprint. By re-engineering outdated molds and addressing inefficient design elements, we transitioned to a brus hless motor (BLDC) drive. This comprehensive overhaul has achieved a significant 53% reduction in total volume.

2023 - 2025
新一代負壓按摩儀器,不同以往之B2B之加法設計,以B2C減法設計為出發點。
優化舊款主機之噪音振動問題,實驗新的發明機構,軟體上整合AI運算給使用者 個人化的數據回饋。UI&UX上減去多餘操作步驟,使用VR旋鈕與返回鍵達到簡 化操作流程。在市場調查後,取消使用者自訂空間,專注部位模式上之設定。
Introducing our next-generation vacuum massage device. Shifting from the 'additive design' common in B2B to a B2C 'subtractive design' philosophy, we’ve prioritized simplicity and user focus . This model resolves legacy noise and vibration issues through a n innovative new mechanism, while integrated AI provides personalized data feedback. We’ve streamlined the UI/UX by replacing redundant steps with an intuitive VR knob and back button. Base d on market research, we have replaced manual customization with specialized, pre-set body part modes for a more focused experience.

在本次研發專案中,我成功導入創新減震技術有效抑制泵浦運行震動,並結合空 氣動力學原理優化流道設計,顯著降低氣流噪音。在機構創新上,開發了前端磁 吸式快拆接口,在兼顧操作直覺性的同時確保了工業級的絕對氣密性。此外,我 同步完成 PCB 的功能整合與佈局最佳化,在有效精簡生產成本的同時,成功導 入 AI 運算架構,為產品賦予智慧化分析與效能表現,達成性能與成本的最佳平 衡。
In this R&D project, I successfully implemented innovative damp ing technology to effectively suppress pump vibrations, while optim izing the flow path through aerodynamic principles to significant ly reduce airflow noise. Regarding mechanical innovation, I develo ped a front-end magnetic quick-release interface that ensures an in dustrial-grade airtight seal without compromising intuitive operat ion. Furthermore, I integrated PCB functionality and optimized the layout, which streamlined production costs. Simultaneously, the introduction of an AI computing architecture empowered the product with intelligent analytics and enhanced performance, achiev ing an optimal balance between cost and efficiency.







2025- 2026
主導跨部門生產製造系統優化專案,核心目標在於深度整合進銷存管理與產品序 號編碼系統。身為專案核心 PM,我負責釐清內部業務邏輯並定義技術規格,將 複雜需求精準轉化為開發文件,協同外部廠商完成系統對接。透過此專案,成功 消除資訊孤島,實現產品生命週期之數據溯源與自動化庫存監控,大幅提升生產 管理效率。
Spearheaded a cross-functional project to optimize production m anagement systems, focusing on the deep integration of inventory management (ERP) and Serial Number (S/N) coding. As the Lead PM , I bridged the gap between business logic and technical executio n by defining precise specifications and managing external vendor integration. This initiative effectively eliminated information silos, achieved end-to-end product lifecycle traceability, and impleme nted automated inventory monitoring, significantly enhancing over all operational efficiency.
