Client Resource Guide

Welcome to the CSR24 portal! Please refer to this user guide for how to navigate some of the most frequently used functions within the portal. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Bell Insurance representative.

How to Login

Go to: https://portalv01.csr24.com/mvc/2093867391

Enter the username and password provided to you by your Bell Insurance representative.

When logging in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password.

Navigating Between Insured Records

If you have multiple insured accounts with our agency (for example, for your home and auto policies as well as your business), click the Select An Insured dropdown menu to choose an insured record. You can search for a record using the Contact Name, Location Description, Insured Name, or Agency Code field.

The insured’s name displays in the dropdown menu as you navigate through the portal. You can select a different insured record from the dropdown at any time.

If you have not already selected an insured, you will be prompted to select one if you click an option on the Home page.

Viewing Policy Information

Click View Policies

Active, in-force policies will display. Select a policy to view its details or click on a Documents folder to view shared documents associated with the policy.

Review the policy information. Click Select Policy or Return to go back to the Select Policy list.

Submitting a General Question

To submit a question to your representative, click I Have a Question

On the next page, enter your email address, the name of the person or department to whom your question is directed, and your question. Click Submit to send the question to your contact at Bell Insurance

Requesting a Certificate

Under Manage Certificates, click Request a Certificate

Fill in the necessary fields, upload any applicable documentation, and click Submit to send your request to Bell Insurance

Reprinting and Resending a Certificate

Under Manage Certificates, click Reprint Certificates

Search by specific holder information in the fields provided and then click Find, or select the appropriate holder from the list, noting there may be multiple pages of holders to choose from. Once the correct holder has been found, click on the holder and choose Reprint or Resend.

Issuing a New Certificate

Choose Issue a Certificate

Select the available certificate template.

On the next screen, find or search for a holder from the provided list, noting there may be multiple pages, or select the option to Add Holder.

The final screen will ask for the holder’s information, and provides the option to send the certificate to up to three recipients as well as provide you with a confirmation copy. Once the information has been entered, you can select Preview or Issue Certificate.

Reporting a Claim

Select Report a Claim and choose the claim type.

For an Auto Claim, choose the vehicle for which you are reporting the claim. For a General Liability Claim, choose the policy. For a Property Claim, choose the location. For Other Claims, choose the policy. Fill in the claim details, and then click Submit at the bottom of the page to send the claim to Bell Insurance

Printing an Auto ID

Choose Print Auto ID Card

Search by specific vehicle information in the fields provided and click Find, or select the appropriate vehicle from the list, noting there may be multiple pages of vehicles to choose from. Once the correct vehicle has been found, select the vehicle.

On the next screen, verify the vehicle information and click Continue.

On the final screen, confirm the email to receive the ID Card and click Submit.

Managing Vehicles, Drivers and Locations

You also have the ability to manage vehicle, driver and location schedules within the portal. For each of these menu options, you can add, change or remove a vehicle, driver, and/or location. You can also view all vehicles, drivers and locations by selecting the view spreadsheet option.

Uploading a Document

To securely share documentation with your service team at Bell Insurance, choose Upload a Document.

On the next page, drag and drop files to upload them or click Browse to locate them on your computer Add your recipient information in the Recipient field, then enter any additional information as needed. Click Submit to securely send the document(s) to the selected recipient(s).

Indio: How to Login

Logging in to Indio

Insureds/clients can log in to the Indio portal with their email address and a 5-digit authentication code that changes each time they log in.

Benefits of the feature:

This feature provides insureds/clients a quick and easy way to log into Indio without requiring them to set up credentials, i.e. username or password. The 5-digit authentication code provides an extra layer of security as the portal may contain sensitive and confidential information/documentation.

How to use the feature:

The first step will be to enter your email address. If you are having issues with the correct email address, please contact your agent/broker directly.

Next, please select how you would like to receive your 5-digit code. For security reasons, this passcode will change each time you log in to the portal:

• Send via Email

• Send via Text (if mobile number is entered on contact record in Indio)

Indio: How to Login

Choose where to receive your code. It will be texted or emailed to you. Enter it into this next screen below. Once entered, you will then be taken to the login portal.

*Note: As the client/insured - if you are connected to multiple accounts, you will be able to select which portal you would like to log in to. Please refer to the screenshot below:

If you have any questions on which account to log in to, please contact your agent or broker immediately.

Issues logging in:

If you are logged in to one profile already, you can click the profile circle on the top right and navigate to different client accounts your email is also associated with or log out entirely if desired.
