Attimes,afamilymayjoinSt.JohnChrysostomSchoolafterthe beginningoftheschoolyearorleavepriortotheconclusionofthe schoolyear.Werecognizethatavarietyoflifecircumstancesmay makesuchachangenecessary.Maintainingareasonableschedule (outlinedbelow),allowstheschooltoresponsiblyplanfortheschool year,aswellasallowsfamiliestoanticipatethefinancialexpenseif theyneedtomakeachange.
SinceSt.JohnChrysostomSchoolmakesbudgetarydecisionsbased uponenrollment(purchasingsuppliesandmaterials,contractingwith teachersandstaff),theschoolretainsaproratedportionoftuitionifa familymustwithdrawbefore/duringtheschoolyear.
Whenastudentiswithdrawnfromtheschool,whetherattherequest oftheparentortheschool,theparents'financialliabilityfortuitionis shownbelow.Whenastudententersmid-year,tuitionisprorated accordingtotheDelayedEntryschedulebelow.
