Are you leaving money behind? If you had a TexFlex Dependent Care FSA for Plan Year 2025 (9/1/24 – 8/31/25), be sure to file your claims online by Dec. 31 for expenses incurred through Nov. 15. Remember: Unused funds won’t roll over!

Before we say goodbye to 2025...If you have not consented to electronic delivery of your W-2 and/or 1095-C forms, do so today! Why go digital? You’ll get your forms faster, and you can print them anytime. The deadline is Dec. 31.
STEPS: In CAPPS, click ‘My Pay,’ then ‘W-2/W-2c Consent/ Form1095-C Consent’ to consent to edelivery.
If you skip eConsent, your W-2 will be mailed by Jan. 31. Questions? Submit a Payroll Support Request System request.
