Dear Friends of WestCare,
At WestCare Nevada, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to heal, rebuild, and thrive. Every day, our team works alongside individuals, families, Veterans, and communities across Nevada to provide compassionate care, meaningful support, and pathways toward longterm recovery and stability
As you read through our 2025 Impact Report, I hope you see more than numbers and milestones. I hope you see lives transformed, families reunited, and communities strengthened through connection, collaboration, and hope.
This past year brought meaningful growth for WestCare Nevada From expanding housing opportunities and fatherhood programming to relaunching withdrawal management services and increasing access to care in rural communities through our Mobile MAT Unit, we continued to meet people where they are and respond to the evolving needs of our state. These accomplishments are only possible because of the dedication of our staff, the trust of those we serve, and the support of our partners, funders, and community stakeholders

In 2026, our focus is connection: bridging the gaps between recovery, employment, and opportunity. We’re expanding treatment access to every corner of Nevada, investing in families, and ensuring that those who served our country and communities have the support to rebuild and thrive.
WestCare Nevada remains a cornerstone of support, recovery, and transformation for individuals and families across the state. With deep roots in the community, our team meets people with compassion and cultural responsiveness, offering clear pathways to stability, wellness, and long-term recovery.
Across residential, outpatient, and community-based settings, we walk alongside Nevadans as they navigate substance use, mental health challenges, reentry needs, and housing instability—empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
Collaboration is central to our mission. Through strong partnerships with local agencies, courts, health systems, and community organizations, WestCare Nevada continues to expand access to care, strengthen families, and uplift neighborhoods. Together, we are advancing meaningful change and creating opportunities for individuals to grow, heal, and thrive.

Secured $3.87 million in transitional housing funding, expanding opportunities for stable housing across Nevada.
Relaunched withdrawal management services at our Maryland Parkway facility, ensuring critical access to recovery care.
Introduced Mobile MAT Unit to deliver lifesaving treatment and medication-assisted care to Nevada’s most rural communities.
Expanded Fatherhood F.O.R.G.E Program, doubling service capacity and strengthening family connection statewide.
Achieved strong financial performance, finishing the year in the black while expanding both reach and infrastructure.
