How to Look Up a Vendor 1. Go to Accounts Payable Module. 2. Select Vendors. 3. Enter the Vendor Name in the search field. 4. Click Search. 5. Locate and double-click the appropriate vendor.
How to View Payments to a Vendor 1. From the vendor’s screen, locate the History section. 2. Click Transactions. 3. Review the transactions listed for the vendor. 4. Look for the applicable payment transaction to determine whether a payment has been issued.

Employee Spotlight Employee Spotlight Detective Adam Watkins
For Detective Adam Watkins, law enforcement was something he knew he wanted to pursue from an early age. Adam grew up on 30 acres in Pilot Point, Texas. His dad was a deputy with the Denton County Sheriff’s Office, and Adam remembers riding in his take-home patrol car and watching as his dad made traffic stops. His dad also taught him to hunt and introduced him to firearm safety at a young age. Those experiences left an impression—Adam knew he wanted to become a police officer. Nearly 24 years later, he’s built quite a career. Adam spent four years with the Denton County Sheriff’s Office, seven years with Trophy Club Police Department and has been with Roanoke for the past 12 years. After five years on patrol in Roanoke, Adam became the School Resource Officer at Byron Nelson High School—a job he loved. He especially enjoyed building relationships with students and helping bridge the gap between teenagers and law enforcement. He was a familiar face at school activities, sometimes accompanied by his favorite person—his wife, Amber. Adam recently moved into Criminal Investigations, where he primarily investigates crimes against people. He describes the work as equally rewarding and heartbreaking. He also serves as the Police Department chaplain, a role he cherishes because it gives him the opportunity to support and encourage his fellow officers. Adam met Amber in college at a church life group, and they’ve now been married for 26 years. They have two sons and a daughter-in-law and are enjoying life as empty nesters. They love traveling—especially to Colorado—and Adam says his idea of happiness is simple: a cabin by the river and a campfire. When they can’t get away, they enjoy date nights and discovering new places together. And because apparently detective and chaplain weren’t enough titles, Adam recently earned a coveted spot on the award-winning Smoke Patrol cook team. He’s also a member of the Police Department golf team. After almost 24 years in law enforcement, the kid who once rode along in his dad’s patrol car is still doing what he always wanted to do—serving others and making connections along the way.

Here are some examples to help determine the correct fiscal year for expenses: An invoice dated 10/2/26 for service performed on 9/29/26 will be a FY26 expense. An invoice dated 9/30/26 for goods received on 10/2/26 will be a FY27 expense An invoice dated 9/26/26 for a service contract or subscription starting 10/1/56 or later will be a FY27 expense.

Please apply all of the fiscal year receiving information outlines above to your procurement card transactions. When compiling your procurement reports, please mark each receipt with the fiscal year (FY26 or FY27). Please do not put the fiscal year in the description while coding your transactions.

If you have an outstanding or partially received purchase order that needs to roll into FY27, please contact Sarah in Finance, so she can complete the rollforward process. If a purchase order is not rolled forward at the end of the fiscal year, it will be voided.

The workshops are recommended for ages 5 - 12 Take the Kit Home Option: If the workshop area is too crowded, loud, or overwhelming for your child, you can ask the associate for a "To-Go" kit. You can take the wooden pieces, pin, and certificate home to build in a quieter environment (though paint and glue are usually only provided at the in-store station).
