LENDING CRITERIA UPDATE FROM SKIPTON Skipton Building Society for Intermediaries have made the following criteria change to the LTI limits for residential lending: Loan To Income (LTI) limits: Income and LTV requirements:

Debt to Income >10% Total income <£50,000 for Sole Applications Total income < £60,000 for Joint Applications LTV >90% LTV <=90%
