WITHDRAWAL/DELAYED ENTRY

Since we make budgetary decisions based upon enrollment (purchasing supplies and materials, contracting with teachers and staff), the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year.

When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below

FINANCIAL AID

At Knox Classical Academy, we do not want finances to prevent a family from enrolling. We encourage families to apply for financial assistance if tuition presents a hardship.

In order to steward faithfully the generous donor funds that make this assistance possible, we utilize a third-party application process. Financial aid awards are funded entirely by donor contributions and are therefore dependent upon the amount of funds available each year.
