Tuition
Three Day Core Program
Tuition pays the cost of instruction and curriculum. In addition to tuition, families pay certain additional costs throughout the year to cover optional field trips, school shirts, and other activities.
Tuition - $6300* (includes curriculum) Discounts
Early-Bird Discount: Families who submit required forms and pay their enrollment fee by June 4, 2026 will receive $100 off their tuition.
Current Telos students who enroll in the 3-Day Program will receive a $525 dollar discount off tuition for the first year.
*Students currently enrolled at Telos for the 2025-2026 school year receive a Legacy Discount of $525 off tuition for their first year when enrolling for the 3-Day Core Program
Every student pays one $300 enrollment fee per year. A student is considered enrolled once the student has been accepted and the enrollment fee paid. These fees are non-refundable. $300
Refund Policy
By entering into the Financial Agreement, the parent/guardian shall be responsible for the entire contractual amount whether or not the student attends classes, or if the student voluntarily withdraws or is expelled from school prior to the end of the academic year. Telos Academy requires a written notice of withdrawal 90 days prior to the student’s last day. Tuition will still be required to be paid during that 90 day time period. Any families wishing to break their tuition contract early will need approval by the Telos Academy Board of Directors. The school specifically reserves the right to hold transcripts and report cards until all tuition and fees are current.

Withdrawal/ Delayed Entry
Since Telos Academy makes budgetary decisions based upon enrollment (purchasing supplies and materials, contracting with teachers and staff), the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year.
When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below. Withdrawal Date
