FINANCIAL AID We do not want finances to be the reason for a child to not enroll at Covenant Classical Academy. We use a third party verifier for Financial Aid needs. All applications for financial aid must be submitted by May 1, 2026 to be considered for tuition assistance in the 2026-2027 Academic Year. There is an application fee of $35 through BeneFAQ for financial aid. Upon enrolling at Covenant Classical Academy you will be prompted to complete this application if requesting financial aid. Upon receiving financial aid 10% of the new tuition amount will be due.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL Since Covenant Classical Academy must make budgetary decisions based upon a projection of enrollment, purchasing supplies and materials, and contracting with teachers and staff based upon enrollment agreements, Covenant Classical retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year. When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or Covenant Classical, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below.
