Connection&Purpose The Quickly JTB Visit
We enthusiastically welcomed Hamagami san, CHRO of JTB Americas Ltd., for an institutional visit that went far beyond formalities. This meeting was a valuable opportunity to connect our employees to the global JTB Group ecosystem, bringing together people, cultures, and purposes. Ritsuko’s presence reinforced the sense of belonging within our team to the worldwide JTB network. It is through this genuine exchange and proximity to our leadership that we build an increasingly solid and inspiring partnership. Together, we continue to strengthen the bonds that make us a global force in tourism.

Starting April 1, 2026, the new Ala Moana HiBus stop has been moved to the ocean side. With a “HiBus Only” sign at the stop, it is more convenient being closer to the Makai Food Court and you can’t miss it!
The Downtown Route and Shopping Route, previously starting from Ala Moana, are now also conveniently accessible from Royal Hawaiian Avenue in Waikiki.
We also wanted to share an overview of the updated 'OLI'OLI Resort app, previously known as the 'OLI'OLI App.
In addition to app calls, there are now more ways to send messages to guests. You can also ask questions using the chatbot.
Both HiBus and the Resort App are now even more convenient!

Our Human Resources department provides support to all MC&A departments in a variety of areas, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee engagement initiatives, and benefits administration. We also work closely with JTB Americas to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Who are your primary customers? MC&A employees and managers.
What are some challenges/opportunities your department face right now?
We are very excited about the opportunity to support our newest acquisition, Imprint. While the integration process will certainly keep us busy, we look forward to the opportunities it brings to expand our capabilities, share best practices, and create even greater value for both our employees and clients.
What do you like most about this department?
What we enjoy most about working in Human Resources is the opportunity to support our employees and help them succeed, grow, and develop their thumb print on our organization. We strive to ensure that every employee's voice is heard, concerns are addressed, and contributions are valued. Our goal is to foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel supported, engaged, and proud to be part of the MC&A team.
The Quickly Travel office became the perfect setting for a special gathering as the AHI team visited us, combining strategic alignment with a vibrant cultural celebration. In the lively spirit of 'Festa Junina' (Brazilian June Festival), they dropped by for a casual and highly productive conversation. The event provided a valuable exchange of experiences between both teams, further strengthening the synergy and positive energy that drive our partnership.
The visit also featured a deeply touching moment: the AHI team brought a special surprise to celebrate Quickly Travel's anniversary right here in our office, consolidating the institutional bonds and mutual appreciation between the brands. Gatherings like this reinforce that, beyond great business, we build solid and collaborative relationships.

A colleague from our Vancouver office recently shared photos from downtown Vancouver, where festive displays, international flags, and World Cup-themed attractions are bringing extra energy to the city. One standout sight is Science World, illuminated with a striking soccer ball design that has become a popular photo spot. With fans and visitors expected from around the world, Vancouver is embracing the spirit of celebration, community, and international connection. Click Save and webinar sessions will appear in your selected time zone when signing up in Dayforce, making it easier to select the best time for you.
