This bar selection offers a full range of beverages for your guests to pay for as they order. The hotel offers a lobby ATM on site for convenience.
Price per drink is dependent on the bar level you select. General pricing ranges from $7-9 for beer and seltzers, $10-14 for wine, $12-16 for most mixed drinks, and $6 for sodas and $5 bottled water. Specialty items available upon request.
BARTENDERS & EVENT STAFF
Bartenders and event staff may be required for your event. The hourly rate is $150 per bartender. Event staff rates vary based on scope of your event to ensure excellent service. See your event manager for a staffing quote.

Attendance Guarantee
A final headcount or guarantee will be due before 10:00am, five (5) business days prior to your event. This number is considered a final guarantee. Food preparation and charges are based upon guaranteed number of guests. If more than the guarantee is served, you will be charged accordingly.
The hotel will be prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed numbers. If no guarantee is received (5) five days prior, charges will be based on the original estimated number of guests as stated in your contract. Vegetarian and special meals should be brought to attention of your Catering Manager as early as possible. Last minute requests will be honored to the best of our ability.


The hotel & audio visual company, TX AV, will address all your needs on sound, lighting, audio visual equipment and high speed internet. Competitive price list is available through your hotel contact. Connection and tapping fees are applicable with outside AV products or companies are used.

Service Charge & Sales Tax
A taxable service charge of 25% and sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all food purchases. A taxable service charge of 25% will be added to all alcoholic beverages. Mixed beverage tax is 8.25%. Fees subject to change.
Labor Charges
Chef Attendants are 1 per 50 guests for $150 each. Bartenders and Bar Cashiers are 1 per 50 are a fee of $50 per hour, with a three hour minimum on all Bar Attendants. $25 for each additional hour.
All labor charges are taxable at rate of 8.25% and subject to Service Charge. Other fees may apply if minimum guest counts are not guaranteed.
Billing
Full payment and credit card authorization for events shall be made in advance ten (10) business days prior to the event date by cashiers check or credit card. The same applies for corporate account, unless credit has been established with the approval of our accounting department. If payment is not received as outlined in our billing arrangement, then by signing your banquet event orders, you are authorizing the hotel to charge the credit card on file.
Event Setup
During your planning, you will establish a specific seating format for your function, such as theatre, rounds, classroom or conference style. Customize seating diagrams with numbered tables are available upon request. Requirements for easels, podiums, corkboard, registration tables, etc. should also be communicated. Set change fee will apply with changes to pre-approval sets within 24 hours of function times.
Provision of Food & Beverage
The client, their guest or invitees will not be permitted to bring food and/or beverages of any kind into the hotel event spaces. Only pre-approved exceptions (i.e. wedding cake, etc.) will be allowed with written approval from the event manager. Any leftover items cannot be removed from the event per hotel liability policy.
Beverages
Alcoholic beverages for the event must be provided by and dispensed only by hotel servers and bartenders. Proper identification (i.e. photo ID) of any person to verify their age is required. We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service at the hotel’s discretion. We require one (1) bar and bartender for every 50 guests. See bartender fees under “Labor Charges.”
Room Assignments
Function or meeting space is subject to reassignments, based on number of guests expected and set up requirement.
Electrical, Telephone & Internet Requirements
The Hotel does charge for electrical, telephone and internet hook-ups. Should any be required, the Hotel must be notified in advance and the charges will be posted to the master account.
Banners & Signs
Placement of banners and signs must be coordinated with your hotel contact, to ensure your safety. Banners and signs must be professional quality that can be posted or hung and keeping with the hotel image. A limited number of easels are available at not charge. Hanging of banners may require a fee.
Security
If, in the sole judgement of the hotel, security is required in order to maintain order due to the size and nature of your event, the hotel may require you to provide, at your expense, non-uniformed security personnel. Any and all provisions for security must be arranged through the Hotel. The Hotel shall have final approval on any and all security personnel. The Hotel does not permit outside or third party security to be secured directly by the client unless otherwise arranged with the hotel in writing.
Liability
The hotel reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged accordingly. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought onto the premises. Prices are subject to change up to ninety (90) days prior to your event in accordance with fluctuating cost on some menu items.
Insurance & Indemnification
Guests shall indemnify and hold hotel and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages and expenses on account of injury to any party in connection with the function or resulting from damage or destruction of any hotel property by guests or any attendee of the function on the hotel's premises.

Hospitality Suite
Located on the hotel’s 15th floor, the Hospitality Suite accommodates 25-30 guests for small gatherings, bridal suites, and meetings.

Asian-Latin-American Fusion in an elevated setting, open daily for breakfast, lunch, drinks & dinner.
Semi-private rentals available for groups up to 75 guests.
