DCi orchestrated a successful program in San Diego, kicking off with a Welcome Reception that boasted a surf break theme, followed by a lively poolside mixer. The event was packed with engaging activities, a prestigious awards luncheon, and culminated with a grand celebration aboard the USS Midway, complete with a custom drone show.







DCi successfully managed a unique gathering for a dermatological and beauty showcase. Our dedicated team oversaw the external venue arrangements, designing a 'golden gala' with distinct areas at venue dedicated to various products and brands. The highlight of the evening was a glam bot photobooth experience!





Our team successfully designed and executed this program at the Hotel del Coronado, overseeing transportation logistics, curating distinctive experiences, and producing four custom event environments.





This annual summit brings together the sales force from across the globe. For the third year in a row, DCi was tasked with creating a series of offsite experiences that fostered bonding, showcased the destination, and aligned with the summit’s goals





DCi was entrusted with transforming a space at the San Diego Convention Center into a welcoming VIP hospitality lounge for an annual conference. We created a cozy, lounge-style seating area, complete with stylish décor and custom branding, making it the perfect spot for attendees to relax and network. The VIP Lounge was hidden away from the hustle and bustle from the conference and remains a top-secret activation within the larger conference.




DCi orchestrated a president’s meeting in San Diego, featuring elegant pre-function décor, a vibrant local market, and thoughtfully designed breakout spaces. Morning activities included an invigorating 5k run and a relaxing yoga session. The program’s highlights were two memorable off-site evenings: one at the iconic San Diego Zoo and the other aboard the historic USS Midway, capturing the true essence of San Diego.





As the designated local DMC and décor partner, DCi was entrusted with orchestrating our expertise at the Omni La Costa. Our responsibilities included planning a captivating welcome reception, a themed décor dinner with entertainment, and a memorable closing reception dinner, also featuring entertainment. Additionally, we efficiently managed all transportation departures and arrivals.





DCi supported this client since 2019, growing their program from 6,500 to over 10,000 attendees. Planning focuses on transportation between 11 hotels and a local convention center, with multiple routes from SAN Airport. DCi coordinated chartered flights, large group arrivals with major airlines, and custom airport signage.





DCi was tasked by a tourism organization to create a week-long activation during a very popular travel tradeshow hosting more than 6,200 US and International delegates. DCi worked diligently to construct a “road-trip” inspired courtyard that represented the several California cities that sponsored the unique branded activation.





For an automotive client, we organized an event featuring 12 waves of lifestyle and media influencers to highlight their new car. DCi handled the project management, décor elements, and coordinated the lifestyle dinner.





Our three-day event highlighted our in-depth knowledge of Orange County and our collaboration with Pelican Hill Resort. Attendees enjoyed comprehensive transportation services, an 'Island Dreams' themed welcome evening complete with Hula dancers, immersive daytime activities reflecting the OC lifestyle, a vibrant street party, and a closing night celebration with an Olympic theme.





DCi produced an annual leadership program for a longtime client visiting Los Angeles which proved productive and inspiring for all attendees showcasing the best of the destination.





At the Los Angeles Convention Center, the event featured a vibrant Studio 54 theme complete with disco décor, a live DJ, a saxophonist, and disco ball greeters to set the tone.





Since 2013, DCi has been orchestrating an annual extravaganza for a financial client at the luxurious JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. This grand conference, hosting 1,500 attendees, unfolds through four uniquely themed events, each demanding imaginative design, styling, and production. One of the highlights is a whimsical themed night, drawing inspiration from the enchanting world of Willy Wonka!





The 3-day program ended with an incredible fiesta in the lot! Our team custom built and designed this evening to transform the parking lot into an incredible event experience. DCi excelled at delivering unique designs paired with entertainment to deliver a cohesive event experience!





For the fifth year, DCi was tasked with the design and production of a multi-wave incentive program. The 3 waves saw top performers presented with a series of high-end experiences ranging from activities to on-site events to final dinner with Jason Mraz intimate performance.





DCi designed and produced a 5-day annual summit for 500 attendees in Ojai, CA. We were tasked with transforming the hotel spaces into incredible experiences through design and entertainment. Our in-house creative team excelled at delivering bespoke designs that were themed to the destination and expertly paired with entertainment to deliver a cohesive event experience.
