EVENT spaces
STATLER BALLROOM
The Statler Ballroom offers 8,064 square feet of versatile, pillarless space, accommodating up to 895 guests for seated events and 850 for receptions. With 14-foot ceilings, adjustable lighting, individual chandeliers for each section, a built-in sound system, and advanced technological support, it provides a sophisticated setting for conferences, galas, and private social events. The ballroom can be partitioned into six smaller sections Statler 1 through Statler 6 to suit various event sizes and formats.
PALMER BALLROOM
Ideal for more intimate gatherings, the Palmer Ballroom spans 2,940 square feet with a 10-foot ceiling. It features adjustable lighting, in-room climate control, a built-in credenza, and advanced technological support. This junior ballroom can be divided into three sections Palmer 1, Palmer 2, and Palmer 3 offering flexibility for conferences, receptions, and private events.
DRAKE & ROOSEVELT BOARDROOMS
Each offering 756 square feet of meeting space with 10-foot ceilings, the Drake and Roosevelt Boardrooms are designed with a rich color scheme and modern style. Oversized glass windows provide ample natural lighting, while builtin credenzas and in-room climate control ensure comfort and functionality for executive meetings and breakout sessions.
STEVENS BOARDROOM
The Stevens Boardroom encompasses 702 square feet with a 10-foot ceiling, featuring modern design elements and oversized glass windows that allow for natural lighting. It includes a built-in credenza and in-room climate control, making it an excellent choice for board meetings and small group discussions.









DALLAS BOARDROOM
Designed for executive gatherings, it features an intimate boardroom table, ergonomic executive chairs, and a wall-mounted television equipped for seamless A/V connectivity. This setting is ideal for high -level meetings, strategy sessions, and intimate corporate discussions.









CONRAD & BEVERLY BOARDROOMS
The Conrad and Beverly Boardrooms provide unique and flexible spaces tailored for group meetings and collaborative breakout sessions, workshops, and small conferences.

BARTENDERS & EVENT STAFF
Bartenders & event staff will be required for your event. The rate is $250 per bartender for up to four hours. Each additional hour is $50 per staff member. Event staff rates vary based on scope of your event to ensure excellent. Bars require one bartender per 100 guests. Cash Bars additional require one Cashier per 100 guests.

MEAL & EVENT TIMES
Buffets are designed for one hour of service time & for groups of 25 or more. Packaged breaks are designed for a 30-minute time frame & for the entire group. Packaged breaks are not intended to substitute any meal category. Please allow additional prep time for day -of orders. Priced per person.
SERVICE CHARGE, TAX & FEES
All food & beverage charges are subject to service charge (25%), & sales taxes (8.25%). Tax & service charge are subject to change without prior notice. The 25% service charge is taxable.
SPECIAL CATERING NEEDS
Our talented culinary team can accommodate special catering needs upon request, including gluten free, vegetarian, & vegan dietary parameters.
While we welcome custom requests, please note additional surcharges apply with custom menus. Discounts and special offers are not available when you have a custom menu. Please discuss with your Catering Manager for options.
OUTSIDE CATERING
The Hotel is responsible for the quality & freshness of the food served to our guests. The Hotel is licensed to serve food & beverages. Due to state law & food safety, Group may not bring alcoholic beverages or food into public areas & meeting / event space of the Hotel for the Event. All food & beverage must be supplied & prepared by the Hotel. Service fee equivalent to that meal period will apply to any outside food and/or beverage served in our space, regardless of whether Hotel labor is required. The per day service fees will automatically be charged to the group master account & labor fees may be appliable.
PARKING
Self-parking is $15 overnight and $30 valet overnight, subject to sales tax.
SHIPPING | RECEIVING | STORAGE:
If shipping and/or storage fees are incurred, all charges will automatically be posted to the group master account. Confirm details with your catering manager for approval and note the applicable charges below. If not listed for shipping method, pricing can be provided. Client is responsible for having shipping tracking numbers. Packages will be accepted no more than 3 days prior to program start.
All outgoing boxes must have shipping labels completed & may dropped off via the front desk. All incoming boxes & material that are group specific should be addressed as follows:

HOTEL SERVICE PROVIDERS
AUDIO VISUAL – On Site Audio Visual is our preferred in-house audio-visual contractor. On Site Audio-Visual is our preferred in-house provider, and they maintain the exclusive rights to provide audio-visual services in all sleeping rooms & hospitality suites, as well as any rigging required on property. All audio-visual equipment is ordered by the Hotel based on the signed BEOs. Pricing subject to change without prior notice per On Site.
CATERING/SERVICES
At our property you will receive assistance in the coordination of your event with all details pertaining to our offerings here at the hotel. Throughout your event, these details will be executed by the assigned Floor Banquet Captain from start to finish with the guidance of your onsite contact, event planner and/or Master of Ceremonies (i.e., DJ or Band Leader).
FINAL COUNTS / GUARANTEES
The guaranteed number of guests for all Food & Beverage functions must be submitted to the Sales & Catering Department no later than the date listed on the contract. This number will be considered the final guarantee, not subject to reduction, & charges will be made accordingly.
If the guarantee is not received by the cut-off date & time, the Hotel will assume that the “expected” number of guests noted at the top of the banquet event order or the expected number of guests submitted to the Catering Department, is the guarantee.
The guarantee becomes the minimum number of guests used in calculating food preparation. Should the actual number of guests in attendance of the event exceed the guarantee; the group will be charged for that number of guests.
The Hotel agrees to set 3% over the guarantee for all food & beverage functions.
The Hotel will be prepared to serve 3% more than the guaranteed number of attendance & cannot be responsible for service to more than 3% over the guarantee. If the guarantee increases within 72 hours, the 3% over set will not apply, & the guarantee then becomes the set.
GROUP ROOM RATES
Your Sales Manager can facilitate a group room rate for qualifying groups. The hotel provides a custom booking link for your group’s guests to book their own stays with us at the group rate prior to the group cutoff date.
VENDORS
Vendors have access to your space one hour prior to the start time of the event. Earlier access will be based on hotel availability & will need to be discussed with your Sales Manager additional fees may apply. Vendor Meals are available & number of vendors must be submitted with your final event guest count.
