GRAND STATION BALLROOM

Our largest meeting space at almost 10,000 square feet. The grand Station Ballroom has the ability to break down into 5 smaller meeting spaces, and is ideal for events of all types.

ADMIRAL ROOM

Second largest ballroom located on the lobby level of the hotel. The space features character rich wood finishes, and unique accordion folding glass doors, making this space versatile for all events, including meetings and weddings.

BRIGHTON

This versatile space has three adjoining meeting rooms to create space sized just right. Up to 180 guests may enjoy this space, or each smaller room hosts up to 60 guests each.

REFLECTIONS

Featuring unbeatable views of the Monongahela River and Pittsburgh skyline, our Reflections room features a wall of windows and unique accordion folding glass doors that make this space versatile for meeting event needs and wedding receptions for up to 200 guests.

HASELTON

Perfect for intimate meetings or a work space, Haseltonextends ordivides into twodistinctareas.

FOUNTAINVIEW

Located on the second floor of the hotel, this room overlooks the Pittsburgh skyline, Monongahela river, and the Gateway Clipper Fleet.

Wooden accent built-in counters provide a unique display option. The Fountainview room is connected to the Hotel’s balcony providing a unique versatile space for events of all types.

WATERFRONT

This 1525 square ft. space is a hidden gem tucked away behind the Reflections Room on our lobby level. Similarly to Reflections, this space features a wall of windows with that unbeatable view of the Monongahela River, Pittsburgh skyline and Smithfield Street Bridge. This space is great for events such as cocktail receptions, meetings, and wedding ceremonies.

This bar selection offers a full range of beverages for your guests to pay for as they order. The hotel offers a lobby ATM on site for convenience.

Price per drink is dependent on the bar level you select. General pricing ranges from $6 -7 for beer and seltzers, $10-14 for wine, $12-16 for most mixed drinks, and $5 for sodas. Specialty items available upon request.

Bartenders and event staff may be required for your event. Bartender fee of $150 inclusive of Service Charge and Tax for a 4 hour period. Event staff rates vary based on scope of your event to ensure excellent service. See you event manager for a staffing quote.

The Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square offers a full selection of audio visual aids to support your event We partner with ON Site Audio Visual, located at the hotel to assist with all of your event technology needs, including staging.

MEAL and EVENT TIMES

Buffets are set for one hour of services. Plated meals are for 2 hours of service (approximately). Breaks are set for 30 minutes of service. Hot buffets require a minimum of 20 guests. There is no minimum for Plated, so this can be removed.

SERVICE CHARGE, TAX and FEES

A service charge of 17.25% of the total food and beverage, room rental, and audio visual revenue, and will be added. This fee is provided to wait staff employees and service employees. An administrative fee of 6.75% of the total food and beverage, room rental, and audio visual revenue and applicable taxes will be added Sales Tax is 7%. A $25 per bottle corkage fee applies to wine brought in and opened for the event. Staffing fees may apply based on service and bar style selected.

SPECIAL CATERING NEEDS

Our talented culinary team can accommodate special catering needs upon request, including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan dietary parameters. Please discuss with your Catering Manager for options.

OUTSIDE CATERING

The hotel does not permit outside catering, and provides a full range of catering options for all event styles. For specialty catering needs, please discuss with your Sales Manager. Celebration cakes may be provided by the client. A $4 per guest cake cutting fee applies to all cakes.

PARKING

Parking is $34 for overnight hotel guests.

GROUP ROOM RATES

Your Sales Manager can facilitate a group room rate for qualifying groups. The hotel provides a custom booking link for your group’s guests to easily book their own stays with us at the group rate prior to the group cutoff date.
