ICYMI – UPDATE ON HOMEBUYER APP STABILITY We issued this communication via email on Thursday 19th March, but repeating the message below in case you missed it: We wanted to provide a clear and concise update on the current position regarding the Homebuyer App / Client Portal within Smartr365, following ongoing feedback and recent discussions with their product team. Firstly, a reminder to only use the “Web App” version of the Homebuyer application. App versions downloaded from the Apple/Google store should not be used. “Web Apps” effectively use the devices browser but still look and feel very much like an app and are a popular way to deliver stable application performance.
