WHY JUST MORTGAGES 2025 Just Mortgages Lender Fayre: A Celebration of Insight, and Achievement The 2025 Just Mortgages Lender Fayre took place on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd April at the Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club, nestled in the beautiful West Midlands woodland. Across the two-day event, advisers had the opportunity to connect and network with lenders, attend expert-led breakout sessions, and hear from keynote speaker Darren Winder, who shared his insights on the economy and offered predictions for the year ahead. The evening saw guests enjoy a drinks reception on the patio, soaking up the glorious sunshine before heading into the marquee for a delicious threecourse meal. After dinner, CEO John Philips took to the stage alongside our special guest speaker — legendary footballer and Homes Under the Hammer presenter, Dion Dublin. Dion delighted the audience with entertaining stories from his career and gave a personal account of his journey in property investment.
