The LSU College of Science is pleased to present the 2020 edition of the Pursuit annual report. Aptly titled, this publication highlights a sampling of the research pursuits and accomplishments of our college and showcases how we are answering questions and tackling issues that matter to all of us. In this run of the publication, we celebrate members of our community who have fiercely stepped up in the face of the pandemic. We also catch up with faculty and students that have traversed the Antarctic landscape and talk with a resident quantum physicist to gain valuable insight into quantum computing and its impact on today’s and tomorrow’s technologies.
